Maintenance is made easier and quicker with tool free removable floorboards and side covers. Available battery rollers make change-outs easy and fast in multi-shift operations. The VTM unit and main controller are protected by heavy duty but easily removed covers. The electronics themselves are easily accessible for adjustments and repair.
On-board self diagnostics display troubleshooting codes on the instrument panel. More than 40 codes can be displayed. Nearly all checks can be made on location without using separate meters.
AC motors have no brushes to replace, and there are no directional contactors or tips to burn out. The motors also have self-contained fans for cooling and long service life.
